Chef Sunil was born in Jaipur, Rajasthan India. His passion for food turned into his career when he was selected to attend Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore India.
Upon graduating from school, Chef Sunil worked at prestigious hotels including ITC Welcomgroup Sheraton Grand Kakatiya, the Taj Residency at Bangalore, JayPee Hotels and Quality Inns Daspalla Group of hotels.
Trained and grilled himself under the Masters of Dumpukth and Bukhara and simultaneously gaining the knowledge of French and Italian food.

He was awarded the Best Chef of the Year, French Cookery competition in Hyderabad by Associates of Catering Professionals. He also won the “Intra Hotel Competition” in Biryani, Kebab and Dessert sections.

He was also awarded the Train the Trainer Certificate from Taj Corporate Office. In 2006, Chef Sunil packed his family and decided head out to the west to show the world his passion, his skills and his versatility. In the US, he worked as an Executive Chef at several restaurants in New York City, Washington DC, San Francisco and finally landing on his feet in Houston, Texas. Here Chef Sunil decided to use his skills and years of experience to accomplish his dream.

Chef Sunil not only brings his award winning cooking skills but also strong business planning, Strategic Alliances, Market Communication and Brand management. In his venture, Chef Sunil is supported by Chef wife Anupama. Anupama, also a culinary school graduate trained aspiring chefs at the school and has graduated from Certified Hospitality Educator from American Hotel and Motel association.

His specialties include Indian Dumpukth, Tandoor, Italian, French and Mediterranean style of cooking.
